I was honored to be invited by Aston Martin to have my hand in designing a special edition Aston Martin DBS, and this is the result in which is now available for sale worldwide.
Because we developed it in collaboration with the q division,Aston Martin
It means it’s also known as a left-hand drive car. And they are currently being ordered through m Aston Martin link below and delivered around the world. So it’s an extraordinary project and great to have it out on the road. But today, why is today special. And, as the title would suggest, we are filming the unique Aston Martin ever made. Because we’re filming an Aston Martin motorbike, you read that and heard that it’s not strictly only an Aston bike right now.
And now what I’m trying to arrange is when we get there because it’s such an iconic building, the Aston Martin HQ in the garden is that we’re able to drive this car back into ultimately where it. So we’re on our way there now. We’re going to immerse you in a brief moment of sexy B roll. Then we’re going to be speaking to none other than Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin Marek Reichman himself to reintroduce him to the car that he ultimately allowed us to build, which is this, and run through what’s unique about this very awesome.

It just looks impressive thing while you’ve designed it, but built in conjunction with Bruff superior? Yes. Okay. How did that come about? We always, as you know, choose to partner with collaborating with simply the best in each field and Bruff superior. It’s a very, very old brand. And coincidentally, one of our founders was a superior rider back in the 1920s. So Lionel Martin was a rider of Bruff superior in the day, yes, they were the most spectacular bikes on the planet, you know, in terms of technology. And, today, a superior from that period, probably the most expensive bike you find it auction over a million pounds for one of the Rocky, okay. And today, very similar. They have developed a brand new engine, which delivers 180 brake horsepower.

It’s a turbocharged engine with 3d printed parts in it. So I heard that because it’s in the aerospace area. A lot of the component suppliers are aerospace-grade. So rather than just cosmetic carbon, it’s aerospace-grade carbon, titanium bolts, things like this. Yeah, absolutely. So everything in terms of nuts, bolts, fixings fixtures, as I mentioned, the 3d printed titanium cooling fins that you see on the turbocharger, and all of the technology that goes around the engine and its capabilities. And then of the chassis, the swingarms, and the grade of carbon fiber that we’re using to create, you know, a beautiful form and a beautiful object. It’s something that and it mainly happens with this brand. I find it hard to convey the quality through the lens because it’s not until you interact. Aston Martin
Everything’s billet, you know, everything you interact with and touches. It’s just gorgeous. Yeah. And here, I mean, with formalists, the narrative form, it’s just the beauty of form. And that’s what you get when you look at an Aston Martin object, whether that’s your DB x or whether it’s the Mr. B 001. To complete the form, and who else would you corrupt collaborate with to create a beautiful form so that the Y was kind of it was there as an opportunity.
And there was a desire to do it, and it fits the brand in terms of its, it’s the best of what it does, you know.
We’ve developed and designed in a way that bikes either one of the other things that you’ll notice is no expos are fixing on the bikes where the body attaches to the frame, where the fuel tank is connected, the body integrates with the frame is all seamless. We wanted to remove that and make it about the sculpture of the cycle. So only 100 of these are being built. Yeah. And are you? I mean, I would imagine since this dropped the fun fact for you. I am considering my entire channel these cars. When I came here, we were probably filming this. You had the sterling. Yes. I have launched it. Yeah. Not to sit on it. But I did. Aston Martin
That photograph was one of my highest, highest light, and most elevated commented on photos of last year when people see the beautiful form. They can’t help but comment on Yeah. And that was, you know, in terms of why do we do it as well. But of course, it’s its movement. is all about action, but we can put in, as you mentioned, the materials, whether it’s the saddle leathers, the outcome, Tara’s the broking that we use, as you said the machine from billet, this hides a lot of the fixings as well. So it’s both functional, straightforward, natural light, and then the integration of modern technology. So the actual Speedo and read-out an iPhone. So here, we’re developing the graphic language that you may end up seeing in some of our future products. Yep.
So you’ve got and, and indicators, etc.
So you can pare things down, you can be very minimal, the size of the fuel tank, which sits back here as well. And we think that helps to reduce its mass. It is mass down precisely. And, you know, you don’t want the fuel sloshing around high up because as you’re, as you’re moving the bike from side to side, that fuel is moving. So one thing you can’t ignore is Michelin sticky slicks. I’ve noticed a theme, going from lemon to Valkyrie, Victor more lately. It seems when you’re at the pinnacle edge of trying to extrapolate the last 10 out of something, you seem to partner up with these guys. We’ve had great successes with them in terms of Lomong wins. You know, winning 24-hour races in a category with Michelin tires is an essential part of our heritage. Aston Martin
There are support and a great supplier to us. And, you know, I’m glad you said, you’ve pointed at this, how could you not show it, when you look at the bike, that’s what you should see, you should know the cycle enveloping the bit that touches the track. On the surface, all of that tire will be on the trail. Yeah, your contact patch, you know, average. Yes, that you’re going to be contacting down to this edge. That’s what you’re going to be using. Talk to me about the exhaust because this also doesn’t look standard. No, it’s an internal exhaust system. Yeah, well, part of the power generation is through that manifold. So the exhaust system and the material is pretty high-tech. I mean, even in the car world in canals are reasonably exclusive. It is. Is it pretty rare on a bike? It’s infrequent.
More minor details are when you point out things like the reservoirs here.
I look at the bike differently because there’s that much attention to detail going into that thing. Yeah. But there’s a lot of clutter, therefore, and I wanted to reduce clutter and give you this beautiful machined from billet aluminum part, which is a form of casting that’s then but hides the reservoirs. So you access them through. But it gives you a completely clean. So you’re not visually disturbed by anything on these upper surfaces, and you can concentrate on the graphics see here. And let’s face it, these are usual things. Yeah, they are there. That’s Yeah, they are with a plastic cap. Yes, that’s it. Yeah, of course.Aston Martin
Most bikes to from the world.Yes, yeah. So when you start applying this mindset to this product, right? Yeah.
When you know, 100%, something so beautiful, yes. And it’s not going to devalue. It will only go up in value. And you were then working with. You know, its stance is quite exceptional because of where the fork is. And you’ve got these inboard. So you’ve got the inboard spring and strapped. So that allows you to get the nose really because you’re leaning everything backward, and you’re pushing the front wheel forward. So it has quite a long wheelbase. Right. Yeah, I’m that gives it that. I wanted the feeling that someone was already lying on the object. That was the theme. Well done. Again, thanks. Good here in a VA tenacity. Water thing. We have started dispatch, and we are sending them out to over 60 countries. I think we’ve had orders from 60 to 63 countries. It blew my mind.
