Manufactured for over forty years within the car’s manufacturing plant, this Volkswagen-made sausage is now its saving grace.
Volkswagen has sold more than 7.2 million sausages in 2015, better than the 5.82 million cars sold on the same year. It’s funny to think that this famous German automaker is now holding on to dear life through its famous currywurst.

Manufacturers like Lamborghini, Bugatti, Maserati, Peugeot, Bentley and Jaguar have created products that would surprise even the most avid fans. Here are a few of what these car manufacturers have in store for us other than their famed vehicles.
Lamborghini smartphones
Most people would most likely include a new smartphone in their Christmas list. But how would Santa react if he finds out that the smartphone in the list costs five times the price of a regular iPhone 6S Plus? Lamborghini especially produced its first smartphone, the $6,000 Tauri 88 to go well with everyone’s Christmas stockings.
To make up for its incredibly expensive price, Lamborghini’s Tauri 88 smartphone is sort of a collector’s item because there are only 1,947 of these in the market. It has a five-inch HD touchscreen, a 20-megapixel camera and a larger memory compared to most laptops.
Moreover, there are four colors to choose from – black, red, orange and blue. Now if you’re not one of the lucky 1,947 owners of this special smartphone, then you better get things straight and get yourself off Santa’s naughty list.
Maserati horse saddle
Maserati is now ensuring comfort even for those who prefer riding old school style. The car manufacturer has teamed up with La Martina, a polo equipment manufacturer, to provide jockeys with maximum comfort, stability and control similar to driving a Maserati MC12.
Lo and behold, Maserati and La Martina have produced a horse saddle for our jockey friends. Inspired by the design and appearance of the Maserati Ghibli, the saddle is made of the best quality full-grain leather with suede inserts.
